In 1988, Gail and Alec Bernstein founded Landlords Rental Service with a simple goal: help property owners find qualified tenants quickly and with less hassle. That family business has grown into LRS Realty & Management, Inc., now managing across seven Southern California counties from five regional offices. Today we work with individual homeowners, family portfolios, non-profit housing providers, and institutional investors alike.
We handle every part of ownership in-house. Our maintenance team protects your property's condition and long-term value. Our affordable housing team keeps regulated properties in compliance and agency reporting on time.
