The Landlords Rental Service "LRS"

Operating in Southern California Since 1988

Gail Bernstein (LRS co-founder) on a talk show in 1988 talking about The Landlords Rental Service, later to be known as "LRS." It began as a service exclusively for the landlords. “We wanted to help the landlords…It’s always been about them, not about the company. We wanted to fix as many properties as possible." The company started with two people, then grew to four and now has five office locations throughout Southern California.
