Quality in Property Management
In the decades of doing business, LRS has been on the forefront of increasing rents and creating value. Each and every property, from multi family, single family, commercial, retail, our ability to achieve the highest possible rent is part of our very essence. Our weekly marketing meetings, knowledge of the “real market” and our emphasis on value with the dedication to achieving our goals is a constant within our system. At the core of our management style is our vision of creating a great place for the resident to live in and or a business atmosphere from which to prosper. The market will respond to the property and the manager\leasing agent of that particular asset. LRS Realty & Management has created a culture from within our organization of higher rents, great tenants, and the concept of “Quality.”

What is quality? The definition of quality is the "standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind the degree of excellence of something. An improvement in product quality". It is a "distinctive attribute or characteristic by someone or something.” There is always a demand for quality and Quality will never go out of style. We all have properties we prefer, and that is called “taste.” We will have discussions comparing ranch homes, bungalows, mansions and McMansions, tiny homes, and so on. Several types of commercial properties: multi-family, retail, industrial, and office. Although each of us has a preference we can usually distinguish those properties that exhibit quality. 

In the real estate world, Quality can be the condition of the property either for sale or rent, it's the professionalism of those that do the job, it's the finished product, or the residents that are placed into the property, agents doing the leasing or sales, the marketing, the pictures, the thoughtfulness and time devoted to each task. It's showing up early to the appointment, it's answering the late night call, it's about doing the little extra for your client. Further, it's about being honest, admitting your mistakes and just as important, working to rectify the issues created. Ultimately, it is performing at a “higher" level than your competitors having that “special product” to market.

The price of real estate continues to increase, the prices for both single family homes and multifamily have skyrocketed. Rents are at an all time high, as we slowly recover from the Pandemic. Prices for real estate have increased throughout the United States and the world.
